Excellent Stay and Service

friendly staffwelcome noteaccessible locationmain road noise
The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Kristina from reception left a personalized welcome note and a sweet treat (so nice!). I enjoyed a great view from my room and appreciated the accessible location. I loved the complimentary sweets on arrival.
The noise from the main road was quite loud. This meant I had to keep the window shut all night. It was not ideal.
Location

The hotel's location is very close to the Cathedral quarter. This area features plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is also easily accessible.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were flaky!). The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city center. It made exploring the area very easy. I also found the staff to be both friendly and helpful .
The soundproofing could be improved, I could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

the hotel lacked parking for disabled guests. i was directed to drop my partner at the layby on the road, difficult. this was inconvenient because of her need for two sticks to walk.
